How SyntricTech started.

Saleh started freelancing at sixteen, with no agency, no team, just a laptop and a deadline he couldn't afford to miss. Over five years and a hundred-plus client projects, he watched the same pattern happen again and again: businesses paying agency prices for generic templates, missed deadlines, and vendors who disappeared the moment the invoice cleared. Moving into enterprise sales only sharpened the frustration. Sitting across from clients who'd already been burned once, guarded before he'd even said a word, he learned something no tech tutorial ever taught him: people don't buy a website or an app. They buy certainty that someone will actually show up and deliver what they promised.

Adiba was learning the same lesson from a harder angle. Building HR and talent functions from scratch, not in one country but internationally, across different markets, cultures, and time zones, meant earning trust twice over every time: from the people she was placing, and from the companies who'd already been let down by recruiters before her. There's no shortcut through that kind of work. Across Pakistan's gaming and tech industry and international markets, she built 250+ placements the same patient way each time, by actually following through, long after the easier path would have been to move faster and care less.

That instinct, that work only counts if you stay accountable for how it lands, is what she brought when Saleh was still just talking about starting something of his own. Walking away from stable freelance income and a sales career for an unproven studio wasn't an easy call, and it was Adiba who pushed hardest to actually make it real: to stop being frustrated by everyone else's shortcuts and go build the alternative instead. She didn't just support the idea. She helped carry it through the uncertain stretch before anything was proven, the part nobody sees from the outside. By 2026, SyntricTech existed because two people had each run out of patience with the same broken promise, from opposite sides of the table, and had someone beside them willing to bet on doing it properly.
