Preparing an enquiry

The enquiry builder uses the details you enter to prepare a project brief in your browser. Reviewing or downloading a brief does not send it to us. Opening an email draft passes the details to your chosen email application; you send the message there.

Sending information

If online delivery is available and you choose to send, your contact details, service interests, and project description are forwarded to our configured enquiry service so we can respond. Please do not include sensitive customer data or confidential documents in an initial enquiry.

External services

Booking, email, WhatsApp, and social links take you to third-party services. Information you provide there is handled through those services. Their own privacy information applies to their platforms.

Website interactions

The site’s interaction hooks do not include the personal details entered into the form. This version does not install a third-party analytics service or advertising cookies by default. The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to operate the website.

To ask about an enquiry or request a correction or deletion of information you have sent, contact infrastructure@syntrictech.com. Project-specific data handling and retention are agreed separately when an engagement is scoped.
